Red Canyon fire south of Glenwood Springs spreads to 150 acres

A wildfire south of Glenwood Springs is spreading quickly because of high winds. The Red Canyon fire started Monday afternoon at about 2 p.m. near the top of Red Canyon Road. By 8 p.m., it was up to 150 acres with zero percent containment, said Jason Grosse, spokesman for the Glenwood Springs Fire Department.
