Drowning death of Ninive Petrocelli ‘appears to be an accident’: police

Cops ruled out foul play Monday in the death of a fetching Manhattan executive who drowned while boating with her husband near Montauk. Ninive Petrocelli’s death “appears to be an accident,” said Detective Lieutenant Jack Fitzpatrick, the Suffolk County Police Homicide Commander.
